The Camp:

Living Yurt:

The 22ft yurt is kitted out as a living space. There are candle-powered Moroccan lamps, carpets, sofas, etc.  The yurt has a woodstove and it gets very cosy and snug. The sofas turn into beds, and the yurt can accommodate up to six people sleeping in three day beds and two mattresses.

Kitchen yurt:

This is an 18ft yurt well kitted out with gas rings, lots of cooking gear, cool boxes and enamel ware.

Bell Tents:

There are five unfurnished 4 metre bell tents pitched in a meadow next to the wood. Each accommodates up to four people.

Tree shower:  This is a wood cubicle, with a hoist bucket-shower with hot water coming from a wood-fired boiler.

Eco-toilet:  This is a magisterial oak-panelled compost toilet.

Wood fire:  There is a very large open-fire brazier with grills and trivets for cooking. We supply a large sack of fire-wood/logs.

BBQ:  There is a large charcoal-fired BBQ. You need to bring your own charcoal

Bed-linen:  We supply foam 1.5inch foam mattress. You need to bring your own duvets/sleeping bags and pillows.

Parking is two minutes away. Most of what you need is already here. All you need to bring is your food, drink, sleeping bag/duvet, a torch, charcoal, ice and outside clothes. There are sheep nearby, so, sorry, no dogs!
